Approximately half of the facility is dedicated to manufacturing, integration and testing with the rest dedicated to engineering, administration and an electronics lab. In the manufacturing facility is maintained in a flexible layout so as to facilitate the manufacture of the various products we routinely manufacture and also enables us to adapt quickly to new integration and test projects and new products. All manufacturing and inventory management is carried out using the Unleashed inventory management software.
The mechanical and industrial engineers use industry standard 3D CAD design and FMEA tools facilitating fast introduction to production using techniques such as virtual assembly checking, and multi-component multi-material finite element analysis and rapid prototyping.
